What type of care do you provide?

We are an adult day health center offering skilled nursing, physical and occupational therapy, social services, daily exercise, dietitian services and variety of social, stimulating and therapeutic activities to our participants.

What type of population do you serve?

Anyone over the age of 18 who has mental and/or physical impairments that limit their participation in daily living activities qualifies. We serve Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients, those affected by cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, mental retardation, anxiety- just to name a few.

Who will care for my family member?

We have an educated and qualified staff and we invite you to meet them during a tour. All of our staff members are CPR-certified.

What does a typical day look like at Casa Pacifica?

Please take a look at our July calendar and our  “pictures” page. Activities vary from month to month, based on holidays, variety of themed days, seasons-we try to keep things interesting and enjoyable for our participants.

What about transportation?

Casa Pacifica ADHC works with MTS (Metropolitan Transit System) as well as providing our own transportation. There are several options-door-to-door, curb-to-curb, and all depend on participant’s needs. During enrollment process we go over those options with you.
