• Recreational and Social Activities planned to suite the needs of the participants and designed to encourage physical exercise to prevent deterioration and to stimulate social interaction.
  
• Nutrition Services:  
  
  • Hot, nutritious meals and snacks 
  • Dietary counseling and nutrition education for participants and their family
  • Therapeutic diets, thickened, chopped, puréed...
  • Supplemental feedings
• Psychiatric and Psychological services:
  
  • Consultation
  •  Individual assessment
  •  Supervision of treatment by a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychiatric social worker
    
• Transportation service to and from the Center is possible only if necessary; alternate transportation can be arranged by the Center
• Personal Care - Spacious bathrooms & shower facility
• Multilingual Staff - English, Spanish, Tagalong
• Excellent Facilities - Over 19,000 square feet with heating, A/C, wander-guard systems, and gated outdoor space for safety

In coordination with San Diego Regional Center, for persons with developmental disabilities, we provide:

• Transitional Programming
• Attendance at IPP meetings to ensure a seamless transition from school programs to an adult community setting
• MOVE® for adults
• Communication devices
• Cognitive and age appropriate activities
• Sensory treatment room
• Assistance in obtaining durable medical equipment
• Low client to staff ratio
